Delivery times

An amaryllis bulb is a seasonal product. Your deliveries therefore depend on the production period, harvesting, and processing of the flower bulbs during the summer.

Delivery times between October and January

• Our amaryllis bulbs are available from mid-October (week 43) through January.
• Pre-orders can be placed from August. The bulbs will then be delivered from mid-October (week 43).

Delivery days

Your order placed from mid-October (week 43) will be delivered within 3–7 days. We ship on Saturdays and Mondays.

Open your package immediately after receiving it

Open the packaging immediately after receiving it so that the amaryllis bulb can ventilate. Also check upon arrival that the correct item has been delivered.

If the wrong item has been delivered or there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us by email within 3 days of receipt. In the event of a quality issue, please attach a photo of the problem. Send your question or comment to info(at)amaranth-amaryllis.com, stating your order number, name, telephone number, and address. We will then contact you.
